2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for offence under Sections 420, 376 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. It is alleged that this petitioner called the victim at Muzaffarpur Railway Station and from there, went to a hotel and on the pretext of marriage, established physical relation with the victim. It is further alleged that petitioner also made video of incident and in lieu thereof, took money from her, but subsequently, he refused to marry her.

4. The victim, in her statement recorded under Section 161 and 164 of the Cr.P.C., has categorically stated that this petitioner, on the pretext of marriage, established physical relation with her and thereafter, made video of the incident and extorted money from her.

5. Considering the nature of accusation and 161 & 164 Cr.P.C. statement of the victim, the prayer for anticipatory bail of petitioner is rejected.
