2. The petitioner has prayed for regular bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 191(2), 191(3), 12(2), 127(2), 115(2), 121(2), 132, 109, 303(2), 324(4), 352 and 351(2) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (in short 'BNS'), 2023.

3. The case of the prosecution is that the villagers have blocked the road as one Md. Jahangir has died. When the informant along with his associated went there, the mob got agitated. It is further alleged that one petrol pump was burned by the mob. From perusal of the FIR it is clear that the case was filed against 200-250 persons.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the nature of allegation is general and omnibus. There is no

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.48178 of 2025(2) dt.08-08-2025 2/2 specific allegation against this petitioner. The petitioner is a man of clean antecedent. The petitioner is in judicial custody since 24.05.2025.

5. Learned APP for the State has vehemently opposed the bail.

6. Having heard learned counsel for the parties and considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this court is inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. The above named petitioner is directed to be released on bail in connection with Laukaha P.S. Case No. 39 of 2025 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, Supaul.
