ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL ORDER 19-08-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in Supaul P.S. case No.425 of 2012 registered under Section 366A/34 of the Indian Penal Code, pending before the court of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Supaul.

Considering that this is a second application for anticipatory bail, which has been filed on the ground that the victim during trial of the co-accused submitted that she was not kidnapped, but the same being not maintainable, the prayer is once again rejected.
