The present writ application has been filed for a direction to the respondent authorities for disbursement of amount for construction of toilet under Swachha Bharat Mission for which the house of the petitioner was selected. However, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this writ application to file an appropriate complaint before the appropriate authority, i.e. the Public Grievance Redressal Authority under the Bihar Right to Public Grievance Redressal Act, 2015.
