2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence under Section 63 / 65 of the Copy Right Act, 1957.

3. Fake products of different brands were recovered from the house of this petitioner.

4. It is submitted on behalf of petitioner that the house/room in question was given on rent to some other person and petitioner has been made accused in this case simply because he is owner of the house, whereas, he has got no concern with the alleged fake articles. Petitioner has got clean antecedent.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances,

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.48215 of 2023(3) dt.29-08-2023 2/2 in the event of arrest/surrender within a period of six weeks from today, let the above named petitioner be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Sitamarhi / concerned court in connection with Kanhauli P.S. Case No. 65 of 2023, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
