The petitioners seek bail in a case registered under sections 498(A), 304(B), 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Informant alleged that his daughter Kiran Kumar was married to Jai Prakash Mahto ten months ago but he got information that all the accused persons killed his daughter. It is submitted that the petitioners are father-inlaw and mother-in-law of the deceased. Of course the deceased died within a year after her marriage but the informant did not make any specific allegation against the petitioners. Considering the facts aforesaid and the fact that the petitioners are father-in-law and mother-in-law of the deceased
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.7143 of 2015 (2) dt.20-02-2015 2/2 and they are in jail since 14.8.2013. the above named petitioners are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-IV, Madhubani in Babubarhi P.S. Case No. 26 of 2014 corresponding to S.T. No. 410 of 2014.
