The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Jhajha P.S.Case No. 41 of 2017 registered under Sections 302, 120-B and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Regard being had to the direct and specific allegation made against the petitioner that he repeatedly fired causing injury to the deceased, I am not inclined to grant him pre-arrest bail. Accordingly, the application for grant of pre-arrest bail is rejected. (Ashwani Kumar Singh, J) Pradeep/- U T
