JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 14-05-2015 Petitioner is languishing in custody since 06.01.2015 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 379, 411 of the Indian Penal Code. It is alleged that petitioner was caught while taking away the bag of the informant who was travelling in a bus.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that petitioner being cleaner of the bus was putting the bag at the proper place and on suspicion the petitioner has been handed over to the police. Moreover the investigation has already concluded.

A statement has been made in para 3 of the petition that petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.13560 of 2015 (2) dt.14-05-2015 2/2 bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Patna in connection with Jakkanpur P.S. Case No. 6 of 2015.
