After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty to move the Debt Recovery Tribunal for redressal of his grievances.

In view of the aforesaid submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the present writ petition is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to approach the Debt Recovery Tribunal and in case, the petitioner files an appropriate petition within a period of four weeks from today, the Debt Recovery Tribunal shall adjudicate upon the same without being impeded by the issue of limitation.
