ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 04-12-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State. The petitioner is the husband and apprehending his arrest in connection with Complaint Case C.R. No.109 of 2016 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 498A and 323 of the Indian Penal Code.
It appears that the earlier notices were issued, which was duly served on the opposite party, who has received the same herself.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he is always ready to keep the complainant with honour and dignity.

In the aforementioned facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-1st, Darbhanga in connection with Complaint Case C.R. No.109 of 2016, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
