2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Muffasil P.S. Case No. 40 of 2025, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 25(1-B)A, 25(1)A, 26(1)(2) and 35 of the Arms Act.

3. The father of the petitioner was apprehended while running an arms factory. The petitioner, however, was not caught at the spot and is in custody since 12.03.2025.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is employed in Begusarai.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

6. Considering that the petitioner was not involved in running the arms factory, this application for regular bail is allowed.

7. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Court of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Khagaria/ concerned Court below in connection with Muffail P.S. Case No. 40 of 2025.
