JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 01-02-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner happens to be father-in-law of the deceased and is languishing in jail custody since 02.04.2015 in a case registered under section 304B/34 of the Indian Penal Code. No doubt, deceased died within two years of her marriage in other than normal circumstances and there is allegation of illegal demand of dowry but investigation against the petitioner has already been completed and detention of the petitioner only for the purpose of trial is not required. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.3041 of 2016 (2) dt.01-02-2016 2/2 two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate 1st class, Begusarai in connection with Bhagwanpur P.S.Case No. 59 of 2015.
