Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner is not named, but in course of investigation, name of this petitioner surfaced in this case and, accordingly, police submitted charge showing the petitioner as absconder. The petitioner is in jail custody since 28.8.2015 and having more or less similar allegation, some accused have already been granted privilege of bail.

Accordingly, the petitioner above named is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the
