2. At the outset, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has already filed Zamabandi Cancellation Case No. 140 of 2019 before respondent no.3 but till date no final order has been passed. He submits that a direction may be given to the concerned respondent to dispose of the aforesaid case.

3. In view of the nature of prayer made in the writ petition, let respondent no.3 dispose of aforesaid jamabandi cancellation case by a reasoned and speaking order in

Patna High Court CWJC No.10767 of 2023(2) dt.12-10-2023 2/2 accordance with law after hearing the parties, preferably within a period of six months from the date of receipt of this order.

4. Writ petition stands disposed of with the aforesaid directions.
