The prayer for bail of the petitioner was earlier rejected by the order dated 21.05.2014 passed in Cr.Misc.12249 of 2014 with a direction to the learned trial court to expedite the trial of the petitioner and make all endeavours to conclude the same within a period of one year. However, a liberty was granted to the petitioner to renew her prayer for bail, if the trial is not concluded within the aforesaid period of one year.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the informant has rightly pointed out that the period of one year has not expired and the trial is at the fag end of conclusion. In the aforesaid facts and circumstances, the prayer for bail is rejected.
