Petitioner is named in the first information report and alleged occurrence took place in the year 2007 but the petitioner could be remanded in this case on 01.11.2015.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that having more or less similar allegation some co-accused have already been granted privilege of bail but I am not at all convinced with the aforesaid submission because the aforesaid co-accused were granted bail about six years ago and due to non-cooperation of the petitioner trial could not proceed.

Hence, his prayer for bail in connection with Fatehpur P.S. Case no. 34/2007 pending in the court of Smt. Smita Gaurav, Judicial Magistrate, Ist Class, Gaya/ concerned court stands rejected, at least, at this stage.
