Petitioner has prayed for following reliefs:- (I) For giving the direction to the authority concerned for issuing the proper electric bill after doing proper inquiry into the matter, when the penalty bill of Rs.2,59,536/- is made against the petitioner. And for quashing the F.I.R. as contained under Annexure no.I to it.

(ii) For the grant of other relief/reliefs to which the petitioner is found entitled to."

Patna High Court CWJC No.2804 of 2021 dt.14-12-2021 2/2 Learned counsel for the petitioner states that petitioner's representation Annexure 2, Page 23 is pending consideration with the authority and petitioner shall be content, if the petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent no.5, namely, Executive Engineer, South Bihar Power Distribution Company Limited, Kankarbagh Branch (Tiwari Behar) Branch, Patna to consider and decide the same expeditiously.

Ordered accordingly.

Mr. Vinay Kirit Singh, learned Sr. Counsel appearing for the respondents, states that the same shall be decided within a period of two months from today.

Copy assigning reasons thereof shall be supplied to the petitioner.

Liberty is granted to the writ petitioner to take recourse to such other remedies as are otherwise available in accordance with law, if so required and desired.
