The petitioner is languishing in custody since 19.01.2015 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 447, 452, 307, 379 of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of the Arms Act.

It is alleged that the accused persons broke open the door of the informant and after entering into the house they made indiscriminate firing which caused injury to the informant. Co-accused Kailash Keshri and Ram Chandra Tiwari committed theft of ornaments. The motive for commission of offence is alleged to put pressure to withdraw the earlier case lodged for killing the husband of the informant.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.11092 of 2015 (02) dt.26-03-2015 2/2 It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the accusation is omnibus and general. The petitioner is not accused in the murder case of the husband of the informant. A statement has been made in para 3 of the petition that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent and co-accused Ramchandra Tanti and Kailash Keshri have been granted bail vide Cr. Misc. Nos. 29304 of 2014 and 22454 of 2014. Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioner, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Khagaria in connection with Supplementary Khagaria (Gangour) P.S. Case No. 175 of 2014.
