The petitioner seeks bail in a case under Sections 406 and 420 of the Indian Penal Code.

The informant gave Rs. 50,000/- to the petitioner for sending him to Saudi Arabia but the petitioner did not send the informant to Saudi Arabia nor did he return the money. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner did not cheat the informant. On the other hand, learned counsel for the informant submits that a Panchayati was also held. The petitioner admitted that he had taken money from the informant. Considering the facts aforesaid, the nature of allegation made against the petitioner and the fact that the petitioner is in jail since 30.01.2015, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.
