Petitioner is named in the first information report and the informant claims that it was petitioner who put GAMACHHA on the neck of the deceased and assaulted him. Similar statement has been made by the witness Asha Kumari, who happens to be own sister of the petitioner.

It is a serious case of honour killing and, therefore, I am not inclined to grant privilege of bail to the petitioner and accordingly, his prayer for bail in connection with Harnaut P.S.Case No. 283 of 2015, corresponding to S.T. No.453 of 2015, pending in the court of learned Sessions Judge, Nalanda at

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.2188 of 2016 (2) dt.25-01-2016 2/2 Biharsharif stands rejected.
