The petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in connection with Complaint Case No. 1107 of 2018 (Tr. No. 1645 of 2019) for the offences alleged under Sections 420, 406, 467, 468 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The complaint-petitioner contains an allegation that a sale deed was executed by co-accused, Raju Singh, in favour of complainant after having received the consideration amount, but, subsequently he refused to get the said sale deed registered. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that he has been implicated in the complaint case only because he is a witness to the execution of the sale deed.

The petitioner, above named, in the event of surrender/arrest, within a period of four weeks from today, in connection with Complaint Case No. 1107 (Tr. No. 1645 of 2019) shall be released on pre-arrest bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, XV, Gopalganj, or the successor Court subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Criminal Procedure Code.
