Petitioner is named in the case of dacoity and carries criminal antecedent of near about 11 cases. Trial of the petitioner has already commenced.

Hence, I am not inclined to release the petitioner on bail and accordingly, his prayer for bail in connection with Darbhanga Nagar P.S. Case no. 293/2011 corresponding to Sessions Trial no. 320/2012 pending in the court of Addl. Sessions Judge II, Darbhanga stands rejected.
