Petitioner seeks regular bail in a case registered for the offences under section 376, 341, 323, 504 an 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

Taking into consideration that there is specific allegation of rape against the petitioner on a minor girl, I am not inclined to release the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner in connection with Runni Saidpur P.S. Case no 96 of 2013 pending in the court of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sitamarhi stands rejected.
