The accusation against the petitioner is that he got recruited himself as constable by playing fraud upon the officials and it is specifically alleged that some other persons had appeared in examination in place of the petitioner and for the aforesaid act, petitioner is in jail custody since 7.10.2015. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Arwal in Arwal P.S. Case no. 236/2015.
