Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.10958 of 2015 (02) dt.24-03-2015 2/3 The petitioners are languishing in custody since 24.01.2015 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 373, 373 of the Indian Penal Code and 3/4/5/8/9 of Prevention of Immoral Traffic Act.

During raid the petitioners and Krishan Khalifa were apprehended and on the confession of Krishna Khalifa that the accused persons took the girls from Kishanganj for flesh trade three girls were recovered along with petitioner Pramod and Anil. The girls confessed that Krishna Khalifa brought them for flesh trade and petitioner Manjoor Khalifa used to assist Krishna Khalifa.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner Pramod that he was apprehended on suspicion and he has no criminal antecedent.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner Anil that the girls have not stated anything about Anil and he has no criminal antecedent and as per the statement of the girls thrust of accusation is against Krishan Khalifa. Considering the nature of accusation and the period under custody, let the above named petitioners, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction
