The petitioner had appeared in the examination of selection of Constable but subsequently, it was detected that some other person had appeared in written examination in place of the petitioner. The petitioner is in jail custody since 9.10.2015 and does not have any criminal antecedent.

Accordingly, the petitioner Veer Kumar is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Motihari, in connection with Motihari Town P.S.
