The order dated 22.12.2015 passed in Cr.Misc.No.47383 of 2015 is modified to the extent as indicated above.

Let this order be communicated to the learned ACJM, Bagaha, West Champaran in connection with Pathkhauli P.S.Case No.105 of 2015.
