JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 14-01-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The name of the petitioner came in this case in the confessional statement of co-accused Gandhi Vishwakarma, who was caught on the spot. Petitioner is in jail custody since 20.10.2015 and he carries criminal antecedent of four cases but admittedly, in the present case, nothing has been recovered from his conscious possession.

Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nawadah in connection with Nardiganj P.S.Case No. 106 of 2011.
