The petitioners seeks revision of the judgment and order dated 3.8.2005 passed by the Additional Sessions Judge, Fast Track Court No.4, Saharsa in Cr. Appeal No. 8 of 1996 affirming the judgment and order of learned trial court.
On perusal of the said judgment, I fail to find any merit in this application. However, considering the period of custody of the petitioner and date of occurrence, the sentence is modified to the period already undergone by him.
With the aforesaid modification in sentence, the revision application stands dismissed.
