Petitioner is accused in connection with Bettiah Town P.S. Case No. 89 of 2012 registered under Section 379 of the I.P.C.
Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. In course of investigation, it is alleged that the stolen motorcycle is recovered from the door of the petitioner. It is also submitted that petitioner, aged about 72 years, has falsely been implicated in this case mere on suspicion. Further, it is submitted that petitioner has no criminal antecedent and is in custody since 08.12.2015. Having considered the facts and circumstances of

No.1728 of 2016 (3) dt.01-03-2016 2/2 the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of C.J.M., Bettiah, District - West Champaran in connection with Bettiah Town P.S. Case No. 89 of 2012.
