The petitioners apprehend arrest in connection with Balrampur P.S. Case No. 96 of 2017 registered under Section 306/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners are innocent. There is no material against the petitioners in the whole case diary. Further submission is that they have no criminal antecedent.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioners be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within
