JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 12-05-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioners and the State. The petitioners are apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 504, 307, 457, 380 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged that the accused persons entered into the house of the informant, assaulted the informant and when the wife of the informant came to rescue, she was also assaulted. The accused persons also took away the jewellery from the house. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that for the dispute with regard to wages, the accusation has been

A statement has been made in para 3 of the petition that the petitioners have no criminal antecedent. The aforesaid facts constitute good ground for consideration of prayer for regular bail.

Let the learned court below consider the prayer for regular bail of the petitioners if they surrender within a period of six weeks in connection with Triveniganj P.S. Case No. 30 of 2007 pending in the court of learned CJM, Supaul. Accordingly, the application is disposed of.
