JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 14-01-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioners are said to have assaulted the informant by means of Khanti and Lathi but the informant sustained simple injury and charge sheet has been submitted u/S 308 & other minor sections of the Indian Penal Code.

Accordingly, petitioners named above, are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Jagdishpur (Goradih) P.S. Case No. 122 of 2014 to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhagalpur. (Hemant Kumar Srivastava, J) A.K.V./- U T
