Petitioners are said to have assaulted the informant by means of Khanti and Lathi but the informant sustained simple injury and charge sheet has been submitted u/S 308 & other minor sections of the Indian Penal Code.
Accordingly, petitioners named above, are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Jagdishpur (Goradih) P.S.
