The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Bhagwanpur P.S. Case No. 218 of 2021 dated 31.10.2021 instituted for the offences under Sections 414 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 25(1-b)a, 26/35 of the Arms Act. From the possession of the petitioner, one country made pistol and a live cartridge has been recovered. The petitioner is in custody since 01.11.2021, perhaps because of his being made accused in other cases. The petitioner was earlier made accused in five cases, the reference of which has been given in Para-3 of the bail petition and out of those five cases, the petitioner is on bail in

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.47846 of 2022(2) dt.16-12-2022 2/2 three of the cases.

Regard being had to the nature of accusation against the petitioner in the present case and the period of custody, he is directed to be released on bail on his furnishing bail bonds in the sum of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Begusarai in connection with Bhagwanpur P.S. Case No. 218 of 2021.
