JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 12-01-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The accusation against petitioner is that he made attempt to send the informant abroad by giving forged documents but submission on behalf of the petitioner is that the informant had gone abroad and got job but he was found incompetent and subsequently, he was terminated by the concerned company and, thereafter, the informant lodged this false case.
Considering the above-said facts and circumstances of the case as well as submission of the parties, let the petitioner named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Ziradei P.S. Case No. 52 of 2013 to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Siwan.
