JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 24-07-2019 Earlier prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected by this Court vide order dated 2.11.2018 passed in Cr.Misc.No. 53506 of 2018 and allegation is of kidnapping of son of the informant and motorcycle of the victim has been recovered from the verandah of the house of the petitioner.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that he is in custody for more than one year and except recovery of motorcycle of the victim there is nothing against him and charge has been framed in this case.

Heard learned APP also.

Having heard both sides and in the facts and circumstances, as stated above, let petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each

No.45566 of 2019(2) dt.24-07-2019 2/2 to the satisfaction of Additional District and Sessions JudgeVIII, Patna, in connection with Sessions Trial No. 689 of 2018, arising out of Phulwarisharif P.S.Case No. 437 of 2018, subject to the conditions that one of the bailors shall be a local person having sufficient immoveable property within the jurisdiction of the court concerned and petitioner has to co-operate in the disposal of trial and appear in court as and when required, otherwise his bail bonds shall be cancelled.
