Petitioner no.1 is said to have caught the deceased whereas petitioner no.2 and some other gave repeated dagger blows to the deceased.

Para 27 of the case diary reveals that several sharp cutting injuries were found on the person of the deceased. Petitioner no.1 is in jail custody since 29.6.2014 whereas petitioner no.2 is in jail custody since 15.7.2014. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner no.1, namely, Nada Singh @ Arun Singh @ Barun Singh be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Buxar in Sikraul P.S.

So far as petitioner no.2 is concerned, his prayer for bail stands rejected, at least, at this stage.
