The petitioners apprehend arrest in connection with Jakkanpur P.S. Case No. 107 of 2017 registered under Sections 363 and 366 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that there is specific allegation against coaccused Ajay Kumar. In course of investigation, the victim girl was found major. Further submission is that petitioners have no criminal antecedent.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioners be released on bail, in the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.50219 of 2017 (3) dt.06-12-2017 2/2 event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the A.C.J.M., Patna in connection with Jakkanpur P.S.
