Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Jagdishpur P.S. Case No.17 of 2021, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 504, 506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code as well as Section 67(A) of the I.T. Act. The petitioner is said to have made nude photograph of the niece of the informant and thereafter made it viral. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. The petitioner has got no criminal antecedent as stated in paragraph-3 of the bail application. It is further submitted that there is land dispute between the parties. No.47768 of 2022(2) dt.06-12-2022 2/2 anticipatory bail of the petitioner by submitting that the statement of the victim was recorded under Section 164 Cr.P.C. in which she has supported the prosecution case. Considering the nature of offence and the fact that victim has supported the prosecution case in her statement recorded under Section 164 Cr.P.C., I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on anticipatory bail. Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is rejected. (Anjani Kumar Sharan, J) Sanjay/- U T
