1. Heard the learned counsel for the parties.
2. This application has been filed for direction to the respondents for removal of the encroachment done in the name of boundary wall of Shiv temple on the way of the petitioner.
3. The petitioner wants this court to execute the orders passed by the Public Grievance Redressal Authority.
4. This Court is not an executing court for the orders of this type.
5. This application is dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to approach the Circle Officer for redressal of his
Patna High Court CWJC No.10877 of 2023(2) dt.02-12-2023 2/2 grievances.
6. If the Circle Officer finds any encroachment, then the Circle Officer will initiate a proceeding under the Bihar Public Land Management Act, 1956 and he will pass an order in accordance with law within six months after hearing all the concerned parties including the management of the temple.
7. Let a copy of this order be communicated to the District Magistrate, Siwan through FAX for its compliance forthwith.
8. With the aforesaid observation and direction, this application is disposed of.
