The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Rafiganj P. S. Case No. 54 of 2017 instituted under Sections 341, 323, 307, 337 and 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code. It is submitted that there is case and counter case between both sides and they are agnates and due to land dispute occurrence took place and the injuries are simple in nature and the petitioners have got no criminal antecedents. Having considered the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioners, namely, Ajay Yadav, Ranvijay Yadav and Randhir Yadav @ Randhir Kumar, in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below within four weeks from
