The petitioner seeks bail in a case under section 363 and 366(A)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The mother of the victim disclosed that the petitioner and one Pankaj Ram kidnapped her minor daughter Nagina Khatoon. The victim was recovered and she made her statement under section 164 Cr.P.C. She also disclosed that the petitioner kidnapped her but she did not make any allegation of any ill treatment at the hands of the petitioner. She has alleged that three persons kidnapped her. Two persons, namely, Sunil Ram and Md. Shahabuddin have already been enlarged on bail vide order dated 12.03.2015 passed in Criminal Misc. no. 5975 of 2015. The petitioner is in jail since 16.08.2014.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.12609 of 2015 (3) dt.06-07-2015 Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sitamarhi in connection with Sitamarhi P.S. Case No. 674 of 2014.
