Near about 5390 litres sprit are said to have been recovered from the house of the petitioner but at the time of recovery petitioner disclosed that aforesaid sprit had been kept by co-accused, Chandan Kumar to whom petitioner had given some portion of his house on rent. Petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent and is languishing in jail custody since 11.11.2015. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with
