The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Mufasil P. S. Case No.132 of 2021, instituted for the offences under Section 302/ 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody since 15.05.2021, he is a person with clean antecedent and charge-sheet has been submitted in this case. The learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that the informant alleges that villagers informed him that his sister has been killed by the accused persons including the petitioner. Accordingly, the informant called the husband (Pramod Kumar) of the deceased, who disclosed that his sister died due to Corona. Accordingly, the informant reached at the place of occurrence at 8.00 P.M. and saw that the accused persons were preparing for cremation of the deceased. Accordingly, alleges that she was killed on account of dispute

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is neither related to the husband of the deceased nor has any connection with them and in support of the same, has annexed Annexure-3 to the bail application, which is voter list to contend that the petitioner has no manner is related with the husband of the deceased or his family members. Learned A.P.P. opposes the bail application.

Considering the fact that the petitioner is in custody, he is a person with clean antecedent, charge-sheet has been submitted in this case and at best petitioner being gotia of the husband of the deceased and taking into consideration the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the petitioner, above-named, is directed to be released on bail on his furnishing bail-bonds in the sum of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned I/c C.J.M., Nawada in connection with Mufasil P. S. Case No.132 of 2021.

The application stands allowed.
