JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 24-03-2015 Petitioner is languishing in custody since 02.01.2015 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 364A/34 of the I.P.C.

The informant was abducted with his motorcycle when he was released after two days. The First Information Report was registered against unknown. The name of the petitioner sprang up on confession of Santosh Sah who has been granted bail vide Cr. Misc. No. 44662 of 2014. Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sheohar in connection with Piprahi P.S. Case No. 97 of 2014.

Since the petitioner has serious criminal

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.11073 of 2015 (2) dt.24-03-2015 2/2 antecedent, let learned Court below positively cancel the bail bonds of the petitioner, if the petitioner gets substantially involved in similar nature of offence or defaults for three consecutive occasions during trial.
