JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 01-02-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner No. 1 happens to be mother-in-law whereas; petitioner No. 2 is married sister-in-law of the deceased. The first information report does not disclose, when the marriage of deceased was solemnized. Moreover, in course of investigation, it came to light that marriage of the deceased was solemnized three years ago and she died due to burn injuries within three years of her marriage. The first information report also discloses that information, regarding the incident was given by husband of petitioner No. 1 and when having got information about the alleged occurrence, the informant came at the house of the

Considering the above-said facts and circumstances of the case as well as submission of the parties, let the petitioners named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Jalalpur P.S. Case No. 128 of 2015 to the satisfaction of Sri S. K. Ray, learned Judicial Magistrate-Ist Class, Saran at Chapra.
