The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Amnour P.S. Case No. 110/2021 registered for the offences punishable under Section 307 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code and Section 51(B) of the National Disaster Management Act, 2005.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioner. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the nature of allegation, the present anticipatory bail application is allowed.

No.58441 of 2021(2) dt.28-04-2022 2/2 Accordingly, let the petitioner above named be released on bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Saran at Chapra, in connection with Amnour P.S. Case No. 110/2021, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C.
At the time of furnishing bail bond, the petitioner will file a receipt showing deposit of Rs. 5,000/- in a charitable organization like the District Legal Aid Committee, Saran at Chapra.
