That this is an application for issuance of a writ of certiorari for quashing the notice issued under letter no.4215 dated. 18/06/2024 by the Circle Officer, Patna Sadar in Encroachment Case No.10/2023-2024 whereby and whereunder petitioners have been directed to remove the Encroachment from Mauza-Sandalpur, Thana No.11; Khata No.850,849,889; Khesra No.2207,22084,2209."

2. At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioners seeks liberty behalf of the petitioners to prosecute the

Patna High Court CWJC No.10633 of 2024(2) dt.06-08-2024 2/2 encroachment appeal already filed by the petitioners. Liberty so sought is granted.

3. It is needless to state that for a period of four weeks from today, no coercive action shall be taken against the petitioners, in order to enable them to seek interim relief in the pending appeal.

4. The writ petition stand disposed off.
