JUSTICE JITENDRA MOHAN SHARMA ORAL ORDER 07-04-2016 It is submitted that in the order dated 30.03.2016 there is some factual error in the submission of the learned A.P.P. As a matter of fact, prayer for regular bail of Fekan Baitha was allowed but his prayer for pre-arrest bail was rejected and as such the petitioner deserves sympathetic consideration, to which the learned A.P.P. opposes.

In the facts and circumstances as stated above, I am not inclined to reconsider the prayer for bail of the petitioner and accordingly the order passed on 30.03.2016 rejecting the prayer for bail of the petitioner will remain effective. It is also submitted that at the time of transmission of the order dated 30.03.2016 due to some typographical mistake error has been caused and in the web copy that order is still

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.4511 of 2016 (4) dt.07-04-2016 2/2 continuing. Let the order dated 30.03.2016 and the order passed today be transmitted afresh.
