Petitioner, being rice miller misappropriated government money for which, he is in custody since 20-11-2015 and having more or less similar allegation, some co-accused have already been granted privilege of anticipatory bail by a coordinate bench of this court. Accordingly, petitioner named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Kutumba P.S.
